With more than 18,000 jobs currently available in southeastern Wisconsin, ResCare Workforce Services has launched a “Change the Game” campaign to raise awareness among FoodShare members about enrollment in the FoodShare Employment and Training (FSET) program. FSET is a free program that helps FoodShare members in Wisconsin build their job skills and find jobs. USO Wisconsin will be hosting the 4th annual Operation Christmas on December 9 at the Milwaukee County War Memorial in downtown Milwaukee. The Milwaukee County Historical Society and Wisconsin History Press join to host Milwaukee Word, an inaugural multi-author book-signing event. The inaugural event will take place on December 9 from 10:00 a.m. to noon, and will feature ten authors and their Milwaukee-themed books.
