Trimborn Farm to host 34th Annual Harvest of Arts & Crafts Weekend

The Milwaukee County Historical Society invites everyone to join more than 80 artists September 10-11 at the historic Trimborn Farm in Greendale. The hours of the event will be 10am – 4pm each day and free parking is available on-site or a shuttle to the grounds is available from Southridge Mall. Tickets are $5 per person with free admission for children 10 and under. The Farm’s historic buildings will be available for touring (such as the Jeremiah Curtin House) or as showcases for the art. Harley-Davidson reaches settlement with EPA

Harley-Davidson, Inc. has reached a settlement with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regarding the sale of one aftermarket tuning product used to calibrate motorcycles intended for off-road and closed-course competition. As part of the settlement agreement, the company will no longer sell its competition-only tuner in the U.S. The company will continue to sell a performance tuner designed to ensure Harley-Davidson motorcycles retain 50-state and EPA on-road emissions compliance. Boys & Girls Club at Sherman Park gets $2.3M County investment

Milwaukee County Executive Chris Abele and Boys & Girls Clubs today announced that beginning Saturday, August 27, the County will move forward with a planned $2.3 million infrastructure investment in the Mary Ryan Boys & Girls Club at Sherman Park.
