The 2016 International Cheese Technology Expo was held at the Wisconsin Center from April 12 to 14. The private international trade show saw a record 3,500 visitors and 280 companies attend from around the world. As the biggest technology fair in the industry, the event featured the latest in cheese technology, new products, whey opportunities, product safety, marketing, and issues affecting the cheese industry. Hosted by the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA) and the Center for Dairy Research (CDR), the expo highlighted Wisconsin’s leadership in the industry of cheese production.
