Milwaukee small businesses eligible for more state grants as “We’re All In” program gets $46M infusion

Governor Tony Evers, along with the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) and the Department of Revenue (DOR), announced on April 6 that more than $46 million of financial support would go to an estimated 9,300 small businesses across Wisconsin. The $5,000 grants are part of the successful ‘We’re All In’ grant program. Medical collaboration launches Pediatric Leukemia Bank as resource to help treat Milwaukee children

Versiti announced on March 2 that it has been awarded a $150,000 grant by Northwestern Mutual, through its Foundation, to launch the Northwestern Mutual Pediatric Leukemia Bank – a collaborative bank between Versiti, Children’s Wisconsin and the Medical College of Wisconsin – which will enable timely access to leukemia samples from pediatric patients at the Milwaukee Regional Medical Center campus.
